Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on a variety of disputes.
- Evaluate the merits of cases and develop robust litigation strategies.
- Maintain and manage client relationships and liaise with third parties.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation sessions.
- Conduct detailed legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Handle pre-trial preparations, including drafting pleadings and motions.
- Attend trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Negotiate settlements and facilitate dispute resolutions.
